8:30 - 11:30 a.m. & No afternoon clinic
 

Saturday Clinic: 2nd Saturday of each month (except Holiday weekends) 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

You MUST bring:

1. Current Shot/Immunization Record or school letter
2. Social Security number (if applicable)
3. Current Medicaid or WIC card (if applicable)
